A) Front Squat: @20X1 – HEAVY single, then take 85% and complete 4 more singles; rest as needed
B) Snatch RDL: 6RM in 12 min
C) 30 sec on/30 sec off:
Air squat
DB snatch
sit ups
DU
rest 1 min
x 5
D) Strong man – Play 10-15 min: (After class athletes can Flip Tires or Sled Pulls)
