Wednesday –“5 Misconceptions about CrossFit: Part 3”

3. “CrossFit Coaches teach bad form.”
This misconception is very insulting to us as exercise professionals
with over 20 years combined experience in providing exercise to
personal clients and the community alike.

We have been teaching movements and coaching exercise since 2007.
Our Coaches have Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees; we have held multiple
Personal Training Certifications to include The National Academy of
Sport Medicine, The National Strength and Conditioning Association,
USA Weightlifting, and CrossFit HQ Staff.

To say that we have the intentions of teaching our members poor exercise
technique and poor movement mechanics simply because now we own a CrossFit
gym is just simply a foolish statement. As stated above, we have every
intention to teach you how to move as well as possible and we feel with
our practical experience and knowledge we can do that.

Wednesday’s Workout

A) Power Snatch Emom 10 min – 1 rep

B) DB Step Ups 8-10/leg x 3; rest as needed

C) 8 Rounds For Time:
5 alt DB snatch/arm
5 DB FS
5 DB thruster
Run 200m
