Pat from SFH is coming to Fredericksburg

As a CrossFit athlete proper protein intake and supplementation benefits the body in a number of ways. First, it assists in

Tuesday’s Workout

A) Power Jerk Emom 10 min – 3 reps
– SKILL practice, work on mechanics, focusing on using the legs to drive and build power

B1) Push Press 6,5,4; rest 30 sec
B2) DB power power 6-8/arm x 3; rest 90 sec

C) 12 min amrap:
Run 200m
10 push ups
35 DU 30
sit ups

– Rest 3 min

12 min amrap:
AB/Row 10 cals
12 DB S2OH
9 step ups/leg
3 wall walks
